Our welding fume and dust extraction units are manufactured to the highest standard as required on Refinery Plants.
All electrical components including the motor are certified flame proof and units come with required power cabling. Each unit is fitted with a variable speed drive to increase or decrease airflow volume. Units can be supplied with tank saddle vents, splitter boxes, welding hoods and the pre-specified ducting required.
The extraction units are fitted into an all-weather housing with crane lifting lugs as well as forklift tracks to enable ease of mobility on site.
The all-weather housing that the machine is enclosed in is designed and manufactured by ourselves and can be used outdoors in adverse weather conditions. The dual functionality of these machines is that they can be used to supply fresh air in a confined work space or as an extraction unit to remove harmful toxins, welding smoke or fine dust.
Variations that can be supplied upon request can be additional filtration systems to remove contaminates from the air being exchanged.
