We have an Insurance Management Division that specializes in Fire, Water and Damaged in Transit Claims. We offer a wide range of Services.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• We contact Client and then make arrangements to meet at their premises to complete a Damage Report of the client’s contents that has been damaged by incident.
• We then compile a Report of these items and advise as to whether the Items can be Repaired, Restored or if the items are not damaged by incident. If the items are damaged and require replacement; we do an estimate replacement cost on those items.
• We then send the Advisor our Report along with Detailed Pictures of the Clients goods.
• We do not test Electronic Items but we can aid the Electronics SP by providing pictures and serials numbers if available of the Electronics.
• Repairs and Restoration of Furniture:
• We have a very experienced Carpentry Division. We do Repairs to Furniture; we also rebuild items that are damaged by Fire or Flood. We have specific suppliers for the Wood and Materials to make sure that the Item the client gets back is better than they had originally owned. We pride ourselves in our workmanship.
• We also restore Antique Furniture. We take special care in handling Antiques and restoring them. Our Carpenter has years of experience in this field.
• Inventory and Value at Risk
• If there is a large loss to Client’s Property we can go collect client’s contents and do a thorough inventory to all clients’ items. And we can also advise what has been damaged and if the items are not damaged we can store the items until client is ready for them.
• We can also provide the Insurance Company with a Value at Risk whereby we arrange with client to meet at his property and we Do a complete list of the household contents and provide values to the items so that the Insurer can verify that the client is accurately insured and not under insured.
• Storage                
• We can provide the insurer our Storage Facility to store client’s goods while their property is being rebuilt or repaired. We have ample security and space for the goods so that the items are safe on our property. The insurer and the client will both have a list of the items that are in storage. And once client’s property is completed we would deliver the items back to client.
• Dry Cleaning
• We make an inventory of the items that are going to the Dry Cleaners so that all the items are accounted for. Items are returned to clients; ironed and in clear plastic to prevent damage during transit.
• We also have a specialised division that specifically deals with the cleaning of Eastern Clothing like Saree’s, Punjabi’s etc.
• Steam Cleaning
• We have designed our own Steam Cleaning System. We specialise in steam cleaning of carpets and upholstery.
• We also offer cleaning and valuation of Persian Carpets.
• For the Lounge Suites we complete an internal inspection to confirm that there is no internal damages to the frame and internal wood of the lounge set before we can steam clean and we send a report with pictures to the advisor showing the internal wood of the lounge set so that the advisor has it on file should the Client query. Once cleaned the lounge set is wrapped in Tube Plastic to prevent damages and returned immediately to client. If there are damages we send pictures of the damages and an estimated replacement quote for the lounge set.
• We steam clean beds and deodorise the bed to remove any odours that have been left behind. We can also provide an Ozone Application on the Beds especially if the bed/s were a part of the Fire Claim. This further removes any odours left from the Smoke and Soot and the ozone will kill any germs.
• We can Steam Clean client’s items on site if requested. But if item requires specialized cleaning we do so at our factory.
• Ozone Treatment
• There are many factors that can cause minor to severe damage to your home such as water, mould, fire, and smoke. We make use of an Ozone Generator to help clean and restore the client’s home following a disaster. Ozone treatment is a cost effective solution for odour removal from water damage, fire damage, and mould.

• Ozone is the strongest oxidant for disinfecting water and sanitization.

• Transportation and Packing Materials
  • We have a fleet of vehicles including a 5 Ton Truck that can be useful when emptying the contents of a client’s house.
  • Our staff are very particular in packing the clients contents. All items are wrapped in bubble wrap or cardboard.

• Piano Restoration
• We have a very talented Piano Restorer. We can repair and refurbish Piano’s that have been damaged by Fire or Flood.
• Our Restorer can also French Polish the Piano’s
• Painting Restoration
• We also do Painting Restoration. We have a skilled Paint Restorer that specialises in restoration and reframing.
• Re-Upholstery
• We do Complete Recovering of Lounge Suites, Sleeper Couches, Dining Room Chairs, Office Chairs etc.
